Returns & Refunds
RETURNS
If for whatever reason you're unhappy with your item, please return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. All items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them with the original tags and packaging. If you wish to exchange, please return the current item back to us & add a note stating you would like an exchange and we will ship these out to you with postage free of charge. Equally if you would like a credit note please add this note to your order.
To return your item please post to:
AMAPOLA LONDON, 35 Broadway, Leigh-on-sea, Essex, SS9 1PA, United Kingdom with a note enclosed with your name and order number & whether you would like a refund, exchange or credit note.
We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we can't be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.
You are responsible for paying your own postage costs for returning items.
If an item is unwanted and returned we cannot refund the original postage costs.
Please note refunds may take up to 10 days to process. Refunds are always credited to the original method of payment.
Refunds cannot be given on earrings, knickers or perishable items.
SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded but we can offer credit notes if sent within 14 days.
We also do not accept gift cards as returns
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note that, when a package is dispatched internationally (outside of the UK) it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Our International Shipping rates do not include duties or local taxes, for which the buyer is responsible.
